The College of Humanities and Educational Sciences at Palestine Polytechnic University was established in 2021. Together with other colleges in Palestinian universities, the college seeks to contribute to the development of Palestinian education through distinguished graduates in the fields of humanities and education. Through its programs, the college aims to qualify individuals to serve the Palestinian society.

The college consists of two departments, Department of Humanities and Educational Sciences and the Department of Linguistics and Translation. On the first hand, the Department of Humanities and Educational Sciences offers bachelor’s degrees in Family Science, The Kindergarten Program, Educational Qualification Diploma\ Science and Applied Psychology. The department also provides general education courses, including Islamic Culture, Modern History of Palestine, General Psychology and Skills for Life.

On the other hand, the Department of Linguistics and Translation offers a Bachelor's degree in English/minor Public Relations. It also provides courses such as English I, English II, Remedial English, English in Use, Hebrew, Arabic and French.
